AccessBot is a software platform operated by AccessBot ("AccessBot", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms are a binding agreement between you (the "Customer" or "you") and AccessBot, and govern your use of the AccessBot platform (the "Service") — software that lets you operate your own subscription and membership bot for your own Telegram channels and groups, using your own payment providers. By creating a workspace or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy.
AccessBot provides tools to sell and manage access to your own Telegram communities: subscription plans, access codes, payment collection through your own payment providers, member management, and a dashboard. You connect your own Telegram bot and your own payment rails.
AccessBot is a neutral platform for lawful content. To keep the platform's public surfaces safe for a general audience, the following applies:
You connect and use your own payment providers (for example cards, PayPal, crypto, or mobile money). Payments from your members go directly to your accounts. AccessBot never touches that money, takes no cut of your sales, and is not responsible for your payment providers, their fees, holds, or decisions. You are responsible for complying with each provider's acceptable-use and content rules.
AccessBot is offered on a subscription basis. Plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, and your plan may be metered by the number of active members in your workspace; if you exceed your plan's limit you will be asked to upgrade. Current pricing is shown on our pricing page. Subscription payments to AccessBot are made through the billing method offered at checkout. Taxes may apply.
You can cancel at any time; your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. On cancellation or termination your workspace and bots stop serving new access. Refunds, where offered, are governed by our Refund Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if required by law, or to protect the platform, its users, or third parties. Serious violations (such as prohibited content) may result in immediate termination without refund.
AccessBot and its software, design, and trademarks are and remain our property. You retain all rights to your own content, brand, and bot. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you (for example, storing your configuration and processing data on your behalf).
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AccessBot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, for lost profits or revenue, or for the acts of your payment providers, Telegram, your members, or other third parties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold AccessBot harmless from claims arising out of your content, your business, your members, your use of payment providers, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email, and take effect when posted. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection laws of the country you live in, and nothing here requires you to bring a claim anywhere other than where those laws allow.
If something goes wrong, contact us first at support@accessbot.app — most issues are resolved that way, and we will engage with any complaint in good faith before it becomes a dispute.
