How can we help?

Step-by-step guides for running a paid Telegram channel or group on AccessBot — create your own membership bot, connect payments (Stripe, PayPal, crypto, M-Pesa & Telegram Stars), build subscription plans, and manage members automatically.

New here? Setting up a Telegram membership bot takes three steps: 1. create your bot with Telegram's BotFather, 2. connect a payment method and create your plans, 3. add the bot to your channel or group — it handles invites, renewals, and removals automatically. Your Customers list, at a glance

The Customers (Members) section is the roster of everyone who has ever paid you. Each person shows their real name and username — not a faceless "User 12345" — alongside the plan they bought, when it expires, and the total they have paid you over their lifetime. Use the search box to jump to anyone by name, @username, or plan.

Every member with plan, expiry, and status

Open a member to take action

Click any row to open that person. From there you can:

  • Extend their expiry manually — grant extra days if you comped them, refunded a hiccup, or want to reward a loyal subscriber. The bot keeps their channel access in sync automatically.
  • Revoke access — remove them from your private channels right now, before their date is up.
  • Add private notes — jot context only you can see (VIP, refunded once, referred by Sam). Notes stay attached to the member.
Tip: Extending expiry is the friendly fix for almost anything — a support hiccup, a goodwill gesture, or a manual renewal. The subscriber never loses access while you sort it out.
