How can we help?

Step-by-step guides for running a paid Telegram channel or group on AccessBot — create your own membership bot, connect payments (Stripe, PayPal, crypto, M-Pesa & Telegram Stars), build subscription plans, and manage members automatically.

New here? Setting up a Telegram membership bot takes three steps: 1. create your bot with Telegram's BotFather, 2. connect a payment method and create your plans, 3. add the bot to your channel or group — it handles invites, renewals, and removals automatically. Members & migration

Migrating from another tool

Bring your paying members with you

Switching from another membership tool (like InviteMember) does not mean starting over — your existing subscribers can carry across so their remaining time follows them, and nobody re-pays for days they already own.

Two ways to move members in

Access codes (self-serve) — generate redeemable codes in the dashboard and share them with your current members. Each code grants a plan and the right number of days, so their remaining time carries over. Great for small moves, or when you'd rather members opt in themselves.
Assisted migration (recommended for a full switch) — send us your export and our team handles it for you. We normalize and review the data first — matching plans, cleaning up expiry dates, and flagging anything odd — before loading your members, so nothing lands wrong.

Tip: Export from your current tool with each member's ID, plan, and expiry/renewal date — that's all we need to carry their remaining time across.
Moving your members? Contact support with your export and we'll normalize, review, and load it for you — so your data lands clean.
