How can we help?

Step-by-step guides for running a paid Telegram channel or group on AccessBot — create your own membership bot, connect payments (Stripe, PayPal, crypto, M-Pesa & Telegram Stars), build subscription plans, and manage members automatically.

New here? Setting up a Telegram membership bot takes three steps: 1. create your bot with Telegram's BotFather, 2. connect a payment method and create your plans, 3. add the bot to your channel or group — it handles invites, renewals, and removals automatically. Growth & automation

Send a broadcast

A broadcast is a single message pushed to every one of your members at once — the fastest way to announce new content, a price change, or a limited-time offer. Starter+

📣 New content just dropped! Check the channel.

How a broadcast lands in each member's chat

Send one in three steps

Open Broadcast. In the dashboard sidebar, go to the Broadcast section.
Compose your message. Type your text — keep it short, lead with the value, and add one clear call to action.
Send & track. Hit send and the platform fans the message out to all members. Delivery is tracked so you can see it went out.
Tip: Broadcasts are best used sparingly — a well-timed drop announcement or renewal reminder gets far more engagement than frequent blasts, which train members to mute the bot.

Good moments to broadcast

  • New content, episode, or drop is live
  • A time-limited promo or discount code
  • Scheduled maintenance or an access change
  • A milestone worth celebrating with your community

Every member who has started your bot receives the message directly in their Telegram chat — no channel post required.
